Monday Night Ergo

 

LATE NOTICE AGAIN ERGO IS GOING TO BE CANCELED ZUBEN CANNOT GET THERE. HE JUST CALLED AND HAS BEEN TIED UP AT WORK AND WILL NOT GET OUT IN TIME. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE – plans to make it possible just did not work out!!!

These sessions are for everyone you do not have to be super fit, and you can go at your own pace.

Location :

Rosefield Uniting Church

2 Carlton Street, Highgate SA

Time: 6:30pm start so be there early to get set up

Bring:

• Your Bike
• A towel & Drink bottle
• Your Ergo
• Positive attitude
• SOME RUNNING SHOES FOR A QUICK JOG AROUND THE BLOCK AFTER THE ERGO

We have been allowed to use the premises free of charge – I would like it if we could make a donation to some charity, mission or something like that each session – it might be a gold coin, $5.00 what ever you like but I am hoping we can look beyond our own lives and families and try and give something back to our wider community.

ONE OF THE NEW MEMBERS OF OUR CLUB, DENIS, IS RACING IN NOOSA ( A PRETTY BIG CHALLENGE FOR HIM) TO RAISE MONEY FOR CANCER RESEARCH, WE WILL BE DONATING ANY MONEY FROM THE ERGO SESSIONS TO THIS CAUSE UNTIL RACE DAY!!!!
