Weekend training starts tonight!!!!

Hi Everyone,

Tonight’s swim will  be held at Unley Swimming pool – 6:15pm.

Tomorrow’s ride will be on again, Meeting at 7:55am (for 8am start)  at the front of Next Generation – North Adelaide. It was great to see such large numbers last week – hopefully with better weather this week, we will see even more members out.

There will be no Sunday run this week due to the Masters Games.

Good luck to those competing this weekend; (we have 10 members, either at the Melbourne Marathon or Australasian Masters Games Triathlon)

Kerry Owens, Bridget Murphy – O’Neil  and Morris Maffei at the Melbourne Marathon

David Hill, Matt Evans, Trudy Fenton, Shane Johnson, Cristian Izzini, Stephanie McPharlin and Richard Meadows at the Masters Games.
