HIGH ELBOWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is amazing how often I get asked what are the key things to think about when swimming! I think the key is keeping your elbow higher than your wrist all the way through the  stroke. Take a look at Thorpes stroke – unbelievable!!!!!!
