Nutrition can be hard to get right when you first start adding triathlon training into your week. But how much ‘extra’ food do you need to eat to train well? What kinds of foods are best to eat and best to avoid? Do you have to change your nutrition needs in winter compared to summer when the race season is on? Do nutrition needs change if you are male or female?
It would be great to hear how others manage their sports nutrition to train for triathlons in off season and race season.
