Some race results

New Club members Dennis Russell and Darryn Knauer completed their first Noosa Triathlon a few weeks ago. Dennis went around in a great time of 2hr 51min and Darryn hot on his heels in 2hr 57min. Both under 3hrs – well done.

Transitions can make a huge difference to your race. Getting your wetsuit off quickly can be hard if your not used to it – i ended up sitting on the ground to get mine off once because it just wasn’t happening. You also have to make sure you don’t take yor bike helmet off too [...]
